EECIFLUX PERMANENT YOKES – PY-1 AND PY-2

The EECIFLUX PY-1 and PY-2 permanent magnetic yoke are rugged high performance yokes, designed for magnetic particle inspection. EECIFLUX permanent magnetic yokes are designed with a flexible coated steel cable that allows a maximum pole distance of 250 mm. The permanent magnets are protected by a durable housing.

Defect location: Subsurface and surface

Ideal For:

PY-1 Features:

• For Magnetic Particle Inspection applications as per various international specifications such as ASTM E 709, ASTM E 1444, ASME Sec V, ASME Sec 7, MIL-STD-1949
• Rugged construction for reliable magnetic inspection 
• Light Weight: Weighs only 1.1 Kg
• Requires no mains electric supply
• Easy to use, simple and highly economical as it requires no power
• Lifting Capacity: 18 Kg at 100 mm pole spacing
